HOME INSPECTION - 12 cents/sq foot or $275 minimum. 5000 square foot and above call for pricing.
MULTIPLEX OR COMMERCIAL INSPECTION- call for pricing
PHASE INSPECTIONS - Prices vary, call for a quote
HOPS4COPS INSPECTION- Call for pricing
MOLD TESTING - Air Samples - $125 each (average 2/home)
RADON TESTING - $150 with home inspection or $175 without
LEAD BASED PAINT - $75 per sample
Other inspections (pool/sprinklers/detached buildings)- call for pricing

We accept checks or credit cards the day of the inspection.
There is a $30 fee on all returned checks.
