PHI Policies

• You will normally receive the inspection report the same day as the inspection!
  
• Payment is due at the time of inspection- We do not put the inspection cost on the closing documents because sometimes due to the inspection the houses never make it to close!
  
• Reports will not be release without a signed inspection agreement.
  
• If the inspectors arrive at the house and the water or electric is not on the inspection will still be performed minus those systems and full payment is still expected at time of service. Once the electric and water are turned on there is an additional fee to return to check those systems.
  
• We stand behind our inspections and strive to insure a quality inspection and excellent customer service.
